The Society is governed by its trustees who are subject to election by members at its Annual General Meetings, and who elect officeholders of Chairman, Vice-chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Planning Convenor and Publicity Convenor.
Two members from each of the Society’s localities are elected as local representatives and they attend the Society’s bi-monthly committee meetings which are held in the Society’s office at 3 Station Road St Monans
The Society’s Annual General Meetings are traditionally held in a historic venue ( for many years Kellie Castle but latterly Earlsferry Town Hall) and are combined with a presentation by
a recognised conservation speaker and with a social event with dinks and nibbles
The Society produces its Annual Report booklet for members in time for the AGMs and the report will now also be available on line
